Thanks Vincent for keeping us up to date on another 563 history . Maybe the new owner will join.

Hope things work out for you health wise. My back will eventually take me out of sailing I know but I'm trying to keep everything as simple as possible to keep me in the game as long as I can. That's why I moor. Maybe you can crew for someone sympathetic to your condition. I'm going to stay on the water as long as I can in some way or another even if it's a canoe with an electric motor.

All the best .
Ozzie

Hi
Also sorry to hear that Vincent. Ozzie is right - all is not lost with possibilities of crewing on other boats. I did this when a work injury ruptured a disc in my lower back and consequently six years of chronic pain ,sciatica and rehab. Crewed on various keelboats and a Careel in that time until a laminectomy operation fixed up my back.
Keep in touch on this site - a great little forum for all sailing fans, sailors and non sailors alike.
