Emrys’ boat Current Affair for sale

Hi all , as you may have read Emrys is sadly parting with his beloved 563 “Current Affair “. I was looking to buy the trailer and find a buyer for the boat but that’s turned out to be not so easy. I’ve taken a good look at the boat and it’s a good boat just needs a bit of TLC. Definitely just a cleaner upper and not a fixer upper. If you examine these links from the forum you can see the extensive and useful mods he has done over the years . His poptop extension with tent I think is the best 563 mod I’ve seen yet and truly changes the use of the boat. I should have done the same years ago , maybe next life.

The trailer is an excellent design and allows launch at shallow ramps. 8hp Yamaha OB. This type of OB selling for between $800 to $1000 these days, check gumtree. Windows are done and very good
I would not be put of by the swing cb needing repairs. Almost EVERY boat that has changed hands nowadays has needed the cb replaced.
