Re: Investigator Toreisi

Very nice Steve :) almost exactly what i was thinking of. Did you make it yourself?

Mine looks like it may have been a quick fix, I think ian said that a previous owner had the tiller, boom and a few other things stolen .
That explains why the boom looks almost new! :D

Re: Storms in NSW

Ozzie , do you have the original mooring bollard or have you upgraded it because you moor all the time. Mine seems a little on the light side?

Re: Investigator Toreisi

Thanks for that Ozzie,
Can u tell me if the stainless where the rudder mounts is two pieces? It is corroded together and dont want to force it if its one piece'

Also as i'm going to rebed the windows should i drill all the holes and through bolt rather than screwing?

Re: Investigator Toreisi

Hi all RE my earlier post about removing the toilet and filling in the through hulls, would it be a better idea to use the inlet through hull located in the center V berth hatch for a transducer and replace the outlet with a new through hull with sea cock and capped for a future possible sink? Your ...

Re: Investigator Toreisi

Hi everyone, Toreisi has a flushing toilet with no holding tank which i believe is not legal these days but on closer inspection both through hulls have no sea cocks and only one clamp on the hose!! I'm thinking of ripping it out and epoxying up the holes. Is this the best solution or is there an ar...

Re: Investigator Toreis

Thanks for the welcome and glad somebody had some photos of her. I'm still trying to resize mine, may have to wait till my son comes over lol So Toreisi is her real name. I saw a reference to her in a members posting of known boats but didn't know if it was the same boat. There is a 1st month rego s...
