While perusing Gumtree, as I normally do during lunch, I was hit by a piece of targeted advertising that caught my eye. Keel Crab is a robotic hull cleaner that would clean Spritz’s hull for me while I sit and fish ....amazing.

I did eventually find the price $134, 662.
Unfortunately I’m $134,600 short.
I got my pool cleaner about 3 years ago off the side of the road, the owner had obviously bought a new one and was unceremoniously carrying the old faded Barracuda out and dumping it on the footpath. The water was still dripping off it. $20 for a new throat and it’s been humming away ever since.
I’m wondering how long before someone turfs a Keel Crab ?
I hope Keel Crab works better than targeted advertising.
(Edit..spellun)
Old crab!
Re: Old crab!
Sooner or later someone will develop a cheaper model. After all there are similar pool Cleaners around.

Re: Old crab!
Actually Ian, the thought occurred to me that an old pool pump powered by a portable generator with my Barracuda ?
That would easier than getting the Investigator into my pool
We can all take heart that at $134 big ones this is one robot that won’t be putting anyone out of work for a long time yet !
