Just noticed this post. Good to see the boats still in good going order but interesting to note the prices. The $4000 boat is loaded with goodies. Clearly the flood of consumer goods on the market is lowering the value of everything. Not bad , just saying. Certainly a buyers market. Friends in LM bought a Sonata7 keeler for $3000 recently, broken mast but they got a replacement mast for peanuts. Someone gave away a Bluebird 22 in Belmont on gumtree last week. It's almost cheaper if you want gear and a trailer to buy another yacht strip it and throw the yacht away
actually it's not a case of "almost".
