This older thread has some info you may find relevant. Thats a big cost to modify a powerboat trailer!!!! Id get a few other quotes. If you don't mind a high travelling position its really just a few bunks and rollers. Its the drop axle and accommodation for the keel that is the big cost on modifying a standard rig to have the ride height of a standard 563 trailer. I have ALKO suspension on my AVAN which has no axle. Always think that would be the way to go for a 563 trailer . It would be expensive to buy aftermarket units but maybe get something off a wrecked AVAN and mount it so the whole frame is lower. A high mounted boat requires a deep water ramp to launch. Its a tough one and the one real drawback of fixed keel TSs like the 563 and the Redjacket.
Good luck

Hi and welcome Salty.
Dig through our technical pages and I think you will find some instructions on how to remove the boat from the trailer, courtesy of the old Moreton Bay Investigator club. You might have better luck rebuilding the existing trailer rather than trying to convert something else.
