INVESTIGATOR 563

Hi, I'm new here from Perth, considering buying a TS.
Can anyone tell me if an Investigator 563 will fit under
Fremantle road bridge without taking the mast down ?
(The locally designed Spacesailor 18 and Red Witch can
pass without taking the mast down.)

You need to get a chart or data from your roads authority as to what the clearance under the bridge is at Mean High Water Springs, MHWS. (This is the most common datum.). Once you have a figure we can work it out. My guess is the height of the mast above the water is about 7.2m, but that number also needs to be verified.
