Thanks Emrys
Yes we were lucky weather wise and had maybe a day total rain over 5 weeks if you add up all the little bits. Did get caught up a little bit with the general strike in Paris. Finished up walking down a street near the Lourve with a mob of protesters, police everywhere. We quietly crossed the road ;) Because of the strike the only problem was short staff at Charles deGaule. One guy serving 4 lines of people and our plane was delayed.

Took lots of coastal and boat photos in Ireland and UK but sailing was a bit thin on the ground. Recreational sailors seem to get their boats out and on the hard as soon as summer is over. Came across one intrepid soul belting his way up Loch Ness, really the first sail we saw.Caught a lot of action in the Lakes District though, still warm enough there.

Will post some pics when I get organised.

Happy new year,

Ozzie
