No Ozzie keep the pram for getting your baby on and off your boat.

I’m issuing you are challenge Emrys.
We each have to create a functional dodger for a 563 spending a maximum of $5
....cardboard does not count
We each have one month (after bloody lockdown) to complete task. Geoff will judge the best dodger.
Won’t you Geoff?

You’re on

I’m experimenting with timber Emrys but it’s interfering with the vang. May have to change plans.

Oh, a breathtaking combination of practicality and aesthetic excellence. Tens all round.
Reminds one of a portaloo on a trailer. The retro fenders are a nice touch.

Thank you Geoff, but it’s finally struck me why it’s not working aesthetically. Round porthole on the door is clashing with the rectangular windows. I shall erase
...as you can probably tell, I’ve done nothing productive this morning yet.....

Interesting Video about the Pardey's, sad to hear of Larry's passing from Parkinsons in 2015. have only read a little of Lin's work online when i was researching a good yacht tender and came across their Fatty Knees 8 tender (for 2nd 30ft yacht "Talesin"?) and how good it was. Awhile later a FN8 came up in Townsville on Gumtree, very rare down-under as made in USA, so bought it. It's certainly proved to be the best dinghy ever owned, Thanks Lin and Larry.

I can see where you’re heading Ozzie but don’t feel threatened yet. That one does look a bit dunny like
as Geoff said
I’m still perfecting my cardboard prototype. Getting strange looks from my neighbours. Probably think I’m a lockdown loony.
The fn8 a nice historical connection to the Pardeys Andrew. Don’t think there’s is’nt one aspect of cruising sailing they have’nt influenced.
