Finally had a chance to cut out new windows for L&D today. I made some forms of the window shape I wanted then cut the windows using an edge router with a beveled bit against the forms. See my post here: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?se ... 797&type=3
If anyone wants the forms let me know. Should save a fair bit of time and it seems like a waste to chuck them out.

I might be wrong but I think all the early investigators had the aluminium frames and the later ones had the fiberglass recessed for the purplish windows?
Either way it’s good to get rid of those horrible leaky things, they were probably 90% silicone when I pulled them out.
