Found a pic of my livery. The angle of the flash follows the line of the taffrail return . If I wasn't moored I would paint the toerail black but raw aluminium is a much better from a maintenance perspective.

If anyone is playing around with livery ideas i used the line drawing from the Geociites site ..simpler than a photo

I'm with Ozzie I563 looks soooo... much better with a waterline. Makes the hull look longer and a lot less pregnant. All boats need a waterline - it makes them look finished. I added a 50mm wide red line which is painted on and then a 15mm space above, and then a 15mm red vinyl stripe (from auto shop)

Two quick Photoshop edits done? I personally like the simple white and green and I will go for something similar.

Nice TG , white on green probably looks better than the yellow. Can you get the Union Jack in there :)

This is the same mob that do the hats....must get around to that this year..... :roll:
