Thanks ozzie,

there's allot of info in that thread link. sounds like it can be major surgery required. The plywood foam roof liner on the careel 18 really looked good (but as he said it was a major job),, the fiberglass-foam panels look feasible too.

I came across a new product online called "injectadeck"..it's a specially formulated 2 part expanding structural foam that is injected through 6mm holes drilled from the top. http://www.injectadeck.com/index.php
They claim that the formulation can absorb any moisture and adheres with virtually anything inside there..it's made in the US, costs usd $360 for a basic kit.
