This is related to "Getting back onboard" thread viewtopic.php?p=8790&hilit=boarding+ladder#p8790and safety
Boarding ladders are mentioned in allot of posts, but thought i'd start this post so everyone can post photos/ more detailed info of their boarding ladders. The boarding ladder seems like the first line of defence for getting back onboard. Maybe some have boarding platforms or other variations?
Photos atached are Teria's boarding ladder, assume it's a standard type. It works well either ashore or afloat. If its folded up, it can be lowered either from deck or from the water.
Cheers

Custom. Makes it easy to board from tender or dock, even when ladder is up.
