Thanks Ian, I am not going to put anything up, I don't want to jinx myself, but all going well I may have got one. Bought it sight unseen. Just have to travel down to pick it up. Not to worry, I have missed a few like that in my time. Sometimes even if you have paid a deposit, they do a dutch auction. There is a bargain Investigator 563 on Gumtree for $1000! Only drawback is the trailer is not registered. Its in Dee Why Sydney, but so far the seller has not put up contact info..

After lots of frustrations, when the lights always had one that would not work, I replaced with sealed LED lights. Still take them off before launching. Hi Andrew. The weight of the boat should be on the keel, and not the hull. If you are bending the shafts of the keel rollers you probably are not tilting the trailer. Yes, the rear rollers or pads need to be lowered for launch and retrieve. Not only does it reduce the forces, but also you stand to "oil can" the hull, which means popping the hull inwards, if you don't do it.
