wanted

I am toying with the idea of mounting outboard on transom in the center with twin rudders or possibly making a proper outboard well on the starboard side , I may also need to scallop out a section of the transom to let the leg sit vertical. I have 2 reasons for this mo...

Re: No Centreboard
Re centreboard - was interested in replacing my centreboard with an aluminium one. Could anyone tell me the width of the centreboard on our investigators as I downloaded the spec sheet that's on this website and am thinking of having the sheet metal shop next door quote me on building a replacement...

Re: Cockpit traveller
I was about to post the same question when i read this. Have you come with a new setup yet geoff. I think i may go for the center cockpit mount with a snap shackle on the mainsheet block. Would love to hear what others have on their boats.

Re: Trailer Damage
A bit of a late reply but i would add proper side bunks and do away with the wobble rollers. That is what i am doing. Even though the side rollers only hold the boat up and not carry any weight the constant rockling when towing will wear the hull where they touch. Just not enough surface area.

Re: Thoughts on port or S/Board sette conversion to kitchen etc
Maybe you could build the galley and nav station to fit the hull shape and bolt it to the berth. Then if you want to modify or remove it just take out the bolts and lift the complete unit out.

Re: Newby
Thanks for the reply peter. I have not seen any investigators at lwyc but i will ask . I had a keelboat at paynesville with 5 ft draft so this boat will enable me to get to a lot more places than the old boat.
