No Centreboard
My Investigator does not have a Centre board and it appears to have never had one. Were there one or two built without? I have looked closely and can not see any evidence of it being removed and covered up. I did not even think to look prior to buying, although I dont think it would have stopped me!...

Ok so I,ve started work on my recent purchase and all was going well until I found sone delamination in the bilges. Out with the dremel and I had to cut away 1/2 metre of glass, exposing the core substrate and keel Ballast. I now have to wait for this to thoroughly dry, before I reglass and fill. Th...

Thanks for the information, its certainly food for thought.
Christy was the previous owners German Shepherd, The previous owner bought the boat in 1979, so was only the second owner. I know he changed the name of the boat, so not sure how that works for me!!!

Picked her up today, She's called 'Spirit of Christy' (Not overly keen on the name but am a little superstitious)
Clean and tidy inside, but needs some cosmetic work on the outside.
